LabMACS is a new software company and IT consultancy committed to help make life easier and more structured for people looking after sample and specimen collections in the scientific community.
We are currently looking for a professional person with proven business communications skills to drive sales of the core software product and complimentary consultancy services.
This position will involve contacting relevant people to discuss how enhanced IT facilities can help manage, audit and control their stored inventory and presenting software based solutions to customer requirements
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills:-
- The ability to understand the customer’s organisational workflow, IT infrastructure and operational requirements.
- Advanced listening and communication skills to ensure offered solutions meet all the customer’s needs.
- The ability to deal with difficult questions and diverse requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Excellent and proven skills in presentation and negotiation.
- Some form of track record of building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
